Jef Page presents a talk covering the anarchist and revolutionary violence that spilled onto London's streets in the early 1900s: the 1909 Tottenham robbery that resulted in two deaths, the 1910 Houndsditch jewellers' burglary that killed three police officers, and the subsequent siege as gang members were cornered in a house in Sidney Street, Stepney. Part of the Walthamstow Historical Society's regular talks programme, held at St Saviour's Church. All welcome.
