A free, drop-in family session exploring the pond and surrounding habitats at Walthamstow Wetlands. Activities include pond-dipping with nets to see what's living in the water, and turning over logs to find minibeasts underneath. Suitable for children of all ages when accompanied by an adult; no booking is required, just turn up on the day. Donations are welcome to support the Trust's conservation work. Meet at the outdoor classroom beside the Engine House.
